Here are a few errors that you may run into, when using our integration:

  1. OSA user not found in Sisu!

Such an error occurs when a user is missing in Sisu, or their names do not match in FUB and Sisu and on our forms. Even a single syllable or a space character here and there, and this error would come up. This is because we map activities using names. Please compare the names in all three platforms (FUB-Sisu-InterFace forms). In case you find a discrepancy on InterFace forms, please drop an email to [email protected].

  2. ISA user not found in Sisu!

And update the Appt Set By ISA field in Sisu to the selected ISA.

  3. OSA user not found in FUB!

Such an error occurs when user selected on our forms is absent in FUB. In this case, appointment is not created, and the selected user is not added to the FUB deal. Please add such an user (or correct their spelling to match the spelling on our forms) and create FUB appointment and add them to the FUB deal.

  4. SISU Client not Found

In case of such an error, it is most likely that the Sisu transaction has been manually deleted by someone, whatever may be the reason. It means that a Sisu transaction existed earlier, but cannot be found now. Please drop an email to [email protected] if you wish that our team retrigger the form so that a transaction in Sisu gets recreated.

Feel free to drop us an email at [email protected] if you have any questions, or need clarification on any error notifications.
