Making fields appear or disappear is of great use, especially in terms of making the forms concise and relevant. It gives agents clarity on what fields need to be filled under certain circumstance, training for which can be tedious.

Let's say we want to collect HOA information only if there is an HOA. Let us add conditional logic to such a form. Here's what the form builder looks like:

  1. Click on Conditions. Click on + Add New Condition.

  2. Find the field you wish to base the condition off, in the IF field.

  3. Select the relevant STATE. In this case, we will select EQUALS.

  4. Select the relevant Value.

  5. Select whether you want to show or hide the field.

  6. Click on + to show/hide fields.

  7. These fields would appear if 'Is there a HOA?' is yes.

  8. Click on SAVE. After saving, Click on Preview in the top bar to check the rule updates.
