Once you have an active subscription to any of InterFace's integrations, you need to do the following:
Go to the Secrets Tab after logging into your InterFace account.
Enter your FUB Username and Password. This would enable us to troubleshoot your integration in case of any issues. Click on Submit at the bottom of the page.
Open Follow Up Boss in a different tab with the admin/primary/owner account.
Click on Admin>More>API
Click on Create API Key
In the opened dialog box, enter name as "InterFace ChatGPT" and click on Create API Key button.
The API key gets created. Copy the key. Don't close the dialog box yet.
Switch to the InterFace's Secret tab and Paste API key in Follow Up Boss Key field.
If you have subscribed to Sisu and/or Open To Close integration, add your primary/owner account's credentials in their respective fields.
Click on Submit at the bottom of the page.
