The Follow Up Boss Web Form Pipeline Integration is a series of web forms related to each stage of a transaction. The forms are embedded into each FUB lead record and can be set up to trigger the automation of virtually anything within FUB, such as stage changes, tags, tasks, action plans, appointments, etc. The default automation includes a FUB note with the form entry data and creating/updating FUB Deals.
The Web Form Pipeline Integration is also integrated with Sisu to create/update Sisu Transactions which populates Sisu’s Appt Set, Met, Signed, etc. pipeline. Additionally, the Web Form Pipeline Integration can integrate with any platform that has a Zapier integration or an open API. Watch demo videos of how our webforms help integrate FUB to Sisu here.

This form is filled out when an appointment is set. It is typically filled out by an inside sales agent, but can also be filled out by an outside sales agent or even the admin staff. When a lead is added to Follow Up Boss, a link to this form will be added automatically to the Appointment Form custom field (see below). This type does track appointments being set by ISAs and pushes that information to Sisu.
Assignment Form (Optional)
This form is used to assign an appointment to the agent who will attend the appointment. It is typically filled out by a lead coordinator or admin staff. The form can be emailed or sent as a text message to the appropriate staff member/s when the Appointment Form is submitted.
It can also be used as a ‘First to Claim’ form that is sent to multiple agents. The first agent who fills out the form gets the appointment.
The Disposition Form is filled out by the agent who was assigned to the appointment to indicate if the appointment happened or not. When the Appointment Form has been submitted a link to this form will be added automatically to the Disposition Form custom field (see below).
There is also an option for an automated text to go out to the assigned agent a couple of hours after the appointment is scheduled to begin that asks if the appointment happened. The agent simply replies yes or no.
The Transaction Form is used for the Agreement Signed (Buyer Broker or Listing Agreements), Escrow, and Closed Transaction stages. When a lead is added to Follow Up Boss, a link to this form will be added automatically to the Buyer Transaction Form and Seller Transaction Form custom fields.
